1) seriously, the first answer I reflect to my mutarabbiah.. Afwan, ana x dpt bawak usrah 3 minggu ni... ana nak gi tgk perogol umat Islam satu tika dulu, yang hingga kini masih meninggalkan keturunan anak- anak " ha..DOT" : x halal nya .. Kat semerata dunia.. Antunna sila buat hafazan ini dan itu .. Balik inshaAllah ana tasmi'... ( usrah ... Manhaj baru ke? Sesuka jer tukar syllabus ??) 

Then again so what?

2) memang lah Allah sebut:

3:196

لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فِي الْبِلَادِ

Let it not deceive you that those who disbelieve go to and fro in the cities fearlessly.

3:197

مَتَاعٌ قَلِيلٌ ثُمَّ مَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمِهَادُ

A brief enjoyment! then their abode is hell, and evil is the resting-place.

What do they have that we dont?

3) for a break..

Well, i have to reward myself.. Working non stop ( hahaha flaying fb considered worrrking  jugakk)

4) nak train edurance kuttt..nothing more challenging on these few days except for endurance.. Few of us have been sleepless for almost a day. Except naps ( and mum-mum non stop dlm flights ituu) 

We were literally on foot for almost ? 7 jam jalan2 from one route to the route . 1 hour with all the barangsss.. On napsack, beg roda travelling  from heathrow by tubes.. Hahaha bygkn stacking bags depan pintu ktm kat mesia.. Ngeh.. Sah.. Kami bukan  Patient fomema tau... 

Weeeh! Depa pun bersepah graffiti... 

5) well, trip ni trip budget kut..almost 1/4 dari yg selalu org buat.. Tadi ada yg pm ana tanya  how..

Ana kongsi dua jer steps awal:

1) tag dgn org yg pernah buat trip satu  kepala dgn awak.. Backpackers ke-- light and easy ke.. Take them as ur mentor aka sifu 

2) book tket awal.. Plan your for the trip ahead..?? Dlm 4 bulan awal ke.. 

3) belajar dgn sifu..  Tgok itenary

4) ask around.. Buat muka selamba.. Huhuhu bagi kut2  ter"annoy" sebab asyik kena tanya.. Amfun... Eh ampun..

5) settle dgn itenari.. Cari accommodations  utk pitstop..

Travellodge - rumah mara etc

Nanti sambung lagi inshaAllah..

Hehehe tgh laundry dgn Air o dry..

Klu x tau apa ke benda cer gugel..

6) klu ke korea we studied the train service..

This time , our mentors have studied it kalah  nak amek spm.. Hiii .. Byk route kut... 

Saya cuma mau kerja sementara...

That was my answer when I was interviewed for a GP post 20 years ago. 

I continued and said: "Saya nak ambil FRACGP"

Being someone who was just back to Malaysia 4 years prior to the interview , i was misled by my own assumption!

I thought that a gp status in Malaysia was as respected, loved as in Australia. 

Being a distinction holder in Primary Care during undergraduate training, there was a special spot of love and interest deep in my heart to undertake gp for my future  pursuit. Never that I knew, that gps were regarded as " waste basket" option, meant mainly if not only for those who flung in their local master training of any ,or for those who had given up and sick with the system or where gov service had  become second option to sometg like family..  Not like at least at my time in Australia : top students would  take up gps, the same thing alike in the UK..

But, maybe  my first love to treat "patients" rather than treat "diseases" had somehow channeled me to choose the line ..

Well , I must admit there were other reasons that  made me to quit goverment service at that time, but my passion  in helping, listening and loving my patients as what I cud see happening in gp clinics had lured me to enter the "world" of gp..

Next:

1)  patients are and always be MY TEACHERs!

2) I OPENED the door and called En. NAJIB sila masuk...  and that surprised my boss who then offered immediate increment .. 

A man's effort and his woman's comfort..

Each time he flies, early am calls are routines.. 5 odd am... The time enough for them to pray subuh at the helipad just before the chopper take off..

Routines and that doesnt bother u?

Nope! Such a risky job! May Allah grant them and my mr hubby the thawwab.. Having to put tawakkal alaLlah flying across the sea is no joke. Not for few minutes that might be fun but it is hours.. Hahaha ... Not fun at all.. It needs a b___( oops not trying to be obsene) ..

Safe jouney hubby to and fro.. Children here waiting hope not just to mere swallow...

Working hard day and night for them to know..

Thats kinda  life their beloved papa got to 

Go..

Designing life is like cooking nasi beriani..

Just to discover the key of keeping motivated is to keep small incremental targets ahead.. 

And also discover that I am such a no joke kind of person by having those targets around. They made you a serious person! Hahaha wanna be boring? Try that then.. 

Was in the bathroom reflecting that how my darling hubby managed to break the tension of mine..( of having to wait for him with my sore hurting knees) just by making such a funny face..  Humours help! 

I guess designing life is just like cooking nasi beriani, one need all necessary ingredients in right portion and just the right amount to be that super yummy tasteful.. 

Yeah.. End of the day.. It is not the happiness or elated mood that matters!  It is the "sakinah"... Yeah ...sakinah the feeling of inner calmness with the ability to control self , others and the rest is the secret ... 

Let us see the "sakinah" in Sandy.. Serious!  In dire need of that sakinah to put and design my life and future  nicely.. Owh! Where are the ghee, ketchups, rice ( not the china made plastic ones!) .. Do u use kechup for beriani any way? Hahaha wrong ingredients .. No wonder I am currently like this !  Sweet dream , gud nite and wassalam.. Doa for them fi kulli makaaan.

Woke up in the morning to charge the new power bank given ( or a better word requested from my Mr Hubby.. Yeah, when u now considered urself as jobless..) and only to realise that u cant read the instruction attached properly! The letters were too supersmall!

Also to note that you got one missed call and that belonged to a friend of your son who u have forgotten to fetch from a boarding school for a weekend outing!!

Allah.. Age is catching up!

The funny part with this "gentle reminder" from God .. Hehehe your pre-order dessert after meal is as in the pic...

I was reflecting my understanding on ayat " miithaq" which I TOT the answer OF MY PERSONAL QUEST... To the question of "zaman Azali"???

Saying the covenant of " alastu birabbikum " which has been taught to us, of which happen sejak zmn "Azali"... But : WHEN IS that zaman AZALI ? 

In medicine we were taught that the  formation of the ovaries and testicles ( sexual organs) starts at the level of the kidney , loin behind the ribs.. Then the organs migrate to the respective private parts.. 

It starts at around 3 weeks embryogenic age to 11 th week .. ( hehehe 3 weeks  is like one week after fertilisation ok.. ) 

وَإِذْ أَخَذَ رَبُّكَ مِن بَنِي آدَمَ مِن ظُهُورِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَأَشْهَدَهُمْ عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ أَلَسْتُ بِرَبِّكُمْ قَالُوا بَلَىٰ شَهِدْنَا أَن تَقُولُوا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ إِنَّا كُنَّا عَنْ هَٰذَا غَافِلِينَ

And when your Lord brought forth from the children of Adam, from their backs, their descendants, and made them bear witness against their own souls: Am I not your Lord? They said: Yes! we bear witness. Lest you should say on the day of resurrection: Surely we were heedless of this.

I understood "min zhuhurihim zuriatahum" 

as the stage....

" ...alfitnatul akbaru minal qatl"
